We will describe the process and give participants templates to use at home. This workshop will also review current research on technology use among teens and outline the pros and cons of different parental approaches to technology management.

High school students today experience more stress than ever before. In fact, teens are now the most stressed out age group, experiencing even more stress than adults. This interactive workshop will review the common causes of teen stress with a particular focus on academic stress. We will also discuss strategies for managing this stress more effectively both at school and at home.

The onset of adolescence brings many physical and emotional changes, including the ever dreaded teen "attitude". In this workshop, we will explore what attitude is, why it develops and how to address it. Participants will get a chance to share their own challenges and work with the group to explore ways of handling these.
